Feeling Like a Professional

I think I am ready to rock the powwow at the end of the month. As I said before, I learned a lot from the Amelia Island event, and have put together the marketing materials I’m sure will make my booth look awesome. Rack cards, business cards, posters – you name it, I’ve been working on getting it.

In between editing The Sour Orange Derby and working on Book 3 in The Whisper Legacy, I’ve been putting together everything I need to make my booth stand out. It makes me feel more professional, having all these materials (most of which were made through Vistaprint). Today I got the last of my booth stuff, so all I need to do now is get a tent for camping out at the powwow.

My awesome marketing materials:

Business cards:

Rack cards (front and back):

Posters:

Table stuff:

(holder for rack cards, sturdier holders for both books, and a wooden bowl for business cards)

And this nifty cart for carrying everything:

(currently holding all 3 racks, business cards, rack cards, notebook, table decor, lesson plans and press releases, 2 baskets, and candy to put in those baskets to draw people over to my booth)

I have an easel I might use for the big poster. The smaller one I’ll probably try to tape to the table or something. Maybe I need a rack/stand for that one too. It mostly depends on how big my table is.

So, I think I’m ready to sell some books. March 24th is almost here!
